Job Description:

Join our team as a Media Executive in our Lincoln office. You'll learn the ins and outs of media sales while building real relationships with clients and offering creative advertising solutions that make an impact. No prior media experience required.

Job Responsibility:

Build client relationships and become the go-to contact
Learn about client businesses, goals, and marketing needs
Support clients in finding the best ways to reach their customers
Drive sales and growth by reaching out to local businesses
Share how TV, digital, and social platforms can help businesses grow
Keep track of leads, goals, and wins
Create custom strategies and build relationships
Work with managers and teammates to create tailored advertising campaigns
Present ideas to clients clearly and confidently
Help ensure campaigns run smoothly once sold
Coordinate with other departments to deliver ads on time
Use tools and reporting to see campaign performance
Share results and improvement ideas with clients
Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and tools

Requirements:

Strong communicator who enjoys talking with people
Self-motivated and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Interested in marketing, digital media, sales, or business
