We’re looking for a Media Coordinator to join our Media team. This role is built for someone who enjoys creative thinking but has a passion for diving into the data. You’ll be essential to ensuring paid media campaigns are not only executed accurately but that they are driving results. To be clear, this is not a social media posting job or a production assistant gig. You won’t be filming TikToks or working on-set. This role lives in the world of paid media placement — the planning, buying, and coordination that gets ads in front of the right audience at the right time, whether that’s a Spotify ad, a local TV spot, or a billboard on someone’s morning commute.
Job Responsibility:
Build baseline knowledge of media channels and trends to help shape campaign strategies
Communicate media opportunities with clients and internal teams
Assist with media and market research to guide campaign planning
Collaborate, brainstorm, and propose new media placement ideas that make campaigns more effective
Manage accounts and communication with media partners on behalf of our clients — including requesting and negotiating proposals
Contract media buys across all types of media: digital, social, radio, print, video, out-of-home, etc.
Coordinate creative asset development with internal teams and manage trafficking to external partners
Maintain digital trackers and reporting, reviewing and verifying media performance metrics across campaigns
Analyze results to identify optimization opportunities
Manage and process vendor invoices to keep campaigns financially in check
Requirements:
A four-year college degree is required
Prior professional experience in marketing is preferred
Detail-oriented, organized multitasker
Strong communicator
Curious learner who wants to build a career in media buying and placement
Nice to have:
Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in Excel/Google Sheets, project management tools, or digital ad platforms
