Job Description

Entry-level position for a proactive, organized individual working on a variety of accounts for all types of media in the travel, education, healthcare, and other industries. Detail-oriented and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibility

  • Clerical duties tied to billing and media, preparation of media presentations using Microsoft Office, and research projects
  • Assist in executing digital media plans through trafficking ads, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizations
  • Assist Supervisors, Associate Media Directors, and the Media Director
  • Once skilled in this position, you will be taught media buying (print, OOH, online)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or Communications
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
  • Experience using the Internet for secondary research activities
  • Excellent written, verbal, proofreading, and organizational skills

Nice to have

Knowledge of online planning and tracking tools (i.e. ComScore, 3rd Party Ad Server)
