Job Description

As a Media Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in launching paid media campaigns, analyzing results, and making data-driven decisions to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Our hands-on Medley:Onramp training program will teach you everything you need to know about platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, plus the strategies that make them work.

Job Responsibility

  • Master Digital Marketing: Build, optimize, and manage campaigns across top platforms. You’ll learn how to target audiences, A/B test ad copy, and measure success using metrics like CPM, CPC, CPV, and CPA
  • Communicate with Confidence: Develop the skills to interpret complex data and share insights that matter. Whether crafting a report or explaining trends to clients, your ability to tell a story with numbers will set you apart
  • Leverage Analytics: Data is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll work with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics while applying formulas, functions, and calculations to uncover trends, solve problems, and deliver results

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3
  • Have a passion for marketing and advertising, along with a desire to dig deeper into what makes good advertising great
  • Possess a solid working knowledge of spreadsheets (know the basic functions and an advanced formula or two)
  • Enjoy diving into and talking about data, numbers, rates, and what they could all mean for your clients and campaigns
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities like a pro
  • Are a leader in your own right—whether you captained a team, led a student org, or carried group projects across the finish line
  • Have a drive to keep learning, growing, and asking what's next?
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years
