Our client is a Ukrainian-based iGaming performance team with strong internal expertise and full in-house infrastructure, including budgets, trackers, creatives, and technical support. The team is looking for a data-driven Media Buyer who can confidently launch, optimize, and scale profitable campaigns — not just manage ads.
Job Responsibility:
Launch and test Meta Ads campaigns
Analyze performance in trackers (Keitaro / Binom / internal DWH)
Set clear briefs for creatives and manage creative testing
Optimize campaigns: cut losers, scale winners
Launch PWA, iOS links, Android apps
Test new angles, funnels, and hypotheses
Scale profitable campaigns without killing ROI
Work with large datasets and make fast, numbers-based decisions
Requirements:
Gambling / arbitrage experience (Senior: 1+ year
Middle: 6+ months)
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
Confident use of trackers (Keitaro, Binom, or similar)
Understanding of PWA, iOS links, Android apps
Strong analytical mindset — read numbers, spot patterns, and act fast
Ukrainian or Russian language (must)
English language (sufficient for tools, platforms, and documentation)
Stress-resistant
Able to juggle multiple GEOs, funnels, and campaigns
Independent and result-oriented
Comfortable working closely with creatives, devs, and other buyers
System-oriented
