Job Description:

Trilix is seeking a Media Buyer to assist with media placements for Trilix clients. The Media Buyer will aid in the process of activating both traditional and digital campaigns, support in reconciling vendor invoices, data entry, creative trafficking, and monitor production calendars and creative assets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Campaign Activation: Work with Media Planner/Buyers to activate client campaigns towards launch
  • Enter insertion orders within media buying software (Strata-SBMS)
  • Place digital campaigns in social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn) and Google Ads (Display, Video, YouTube, DemandGen, SEM)
  • Update internal campaign tracking documents accordingly
  • Track campaign performance and make necessary adjustments/optimizations
  • Campaign Reporting: Build campaign reports and dashboards for clients
  • Analyze data to develop insights and recommendations
  • Accounts Payable: Reconcile and pay monthly vendor invoices
  • Gather & file monthly invoices
  • Research: Assist in analyzing media research data to determine the most appropriate selections in helping a client achieve its goals and objectives
  • Contribute ideas with media and account team when creating proposals
  • Participation and development: Help with monitoring buying strategies, in-house ad campaigns and optimizations for live media campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and media trends, tactics and vendors
  • Assist in discussing projects with clients and media team

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of media coordinating, planning and/or buying experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, accounting, business administration, or related field
  • Campaign reporting dashboard skills desired (TapClicks or other similar tools)
  • Finance/accounting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail, prioritizing and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness
