Job Description

Are you ready to own the paid media strategy for our client? This remote, regional role supports colleagues in the Isle of Man and Malta. You will build, launch, QA, and optimise campaigns across DSPs, Meta, and Google PPC, bringing a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach to execution. You will work with data, turn insights into action, and help our client reach the right audiences at the right moment. In this role you will work closely with the Head of Media and cross-functional partners to translate strategy into live campaigns, test ideas, and drive improvements. You’ll manage daily pacing, set up tracking, ensure brand safety, and report on performance with clear next actions. You will learn how data flows between platforms, what success looks like, and how to optimise campaigns across time zones.

Job Responsibility

  • Translate channel strategy into executable campaign plans, including audiences, bids, budgets, and formats per GEO/brand
  • Build and launch campaigns, apply naming conventions, ensure UTM hygiene and destination checks
  • Traffick creatives, implement frequency caps, and uphold brand-safety presets
  • Monitor performance, optimise bids and budgets, and flag anomalies with recommended next steps
  • Coordinate with DSP reps and creative partners to resolve issues and ensure timely rotations
  • Verify data in postbacks and conversions, and log fixes with senior team members
  • Enforce platform policies, maintain landing page hygiene, and flag compliance risks early
