This is a revenue-focused role responsible for planning, launching, and scaling profitable advertising campaigns while maintaining strong account health and ensuring full compliance with platform policies. We are building a high-performance Affiliate & Media Buying division focused on scalable arbitrage and lead generation. We are looking for a hands-on Media Buyer who understands performance marketing, unit economics, and platform compliance, and can independently manage and scale campaigns across multiple traffic sources
Job Responsibility
Plan, launch, and scale high-performing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, NewsBreak, and native ad networks
Execute and optimize traffic arbitrage and affiliate campaigns to drive profitable traffic and revenue growth
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on ROI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate to meet performance targets
Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, campaign angles, landing pages, domains, and bidding strategies to improve results
Identify scaling opportunities and implement strategies to increase campaign profitability while maintaining account stability
Monitor ad approvals, rejection rates, and account health, ensuring compliance with platform advertising policies
Manage and allocate daily advertising budgets effectively to maintain profitability at scale
Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance and decision-making
Requirements
Hands-on experience with performance marketing and media buying
Experience running campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Native ad platforms
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and arbitrage models
Ability to analyze campaign metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
Experience managing daily advertising budgets and scaling campaigns
Strong analytical, optimization, and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of platform policies and ad compliance
