You will join our Media Partnership team that has the overall responsibility for all media reporting and deeper analysis of consumer behaviours related to our media products for Haypp Group. As a Media Business Analyst in the Media Partnership team, you will work closely together with mainly Media Managers, Ad-operations & International Commercial Managers in different geographies, bridging the gap between media performance insights and business strategy, helping the organization make data-driven decisions. Your responsibility will be to dive into the data and provide deeper insights into performance of the suppliers advertising campaigns, extracting greater value out of our tech stack and ultimately generating greater value for our consumers.
Job Responsibility:
Market & Media Analysis – monitor & evaluate media campaigns across retail media and off-site media. Analyse audience engagement, reach, ROI to identify trends and opportunities
Business insights & reporting – translate media performance data into actionable business recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators and business metrics
Conduct in-depth analysis to collect, clean and interpret large datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and optimization opportunities
Conduct competitor and industry benchmarks and analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a media setting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
Experience with Google analytics and media ad-serving tools as well as data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, Looker or similar platforms is a plus
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with changing priorities
