We are seeking a Recruitment Media Analyst to support the programmatic and digital advertising lifecycle within our client'd talent acquisition space. Reporting directly to a Media Manager, you will be the primary steward of a $20k/month ($240k+ annualized) budget. Your focus will be on the execution, daily pacing, and deep-dive reporting of banner and programmatic campaigns to ensure high-quality applicant flow into client's internal systems.
Job Responsibility:
Execute and monitor programmatic banner ads and digital placements across recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Manage monthly spend (~$20k) with high precision, ensuring no overspends while maximizing lead volume
Prepare daily and weekly "data views" for internal stakeholders, translating campaign metrics into hiring insights
Analyze the full funnel from ad click to internal application, specifically tracking Cost Per Conversion and Quality of Hire
Collaborate with the Media Manager to prepare "ready-to-approve" buy plans and performance summaries for leadership.
Requirements:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital media or performance marketing
Proven experience managing $100k-$200k+ in annualized media spend with a focus on ROI
Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas) and familiarity with dashboarding tools (Tableau/PowerBI) for "internal utilization" reports
Extreme attention to detail-errors in recruitment spend can lead to significant gaps in the talent pipeline
Comfortable working in a structured environment where final approvals and strategy are handled by senior leadership.
