Job Description:

We are seeking a Recruitment Media Analyst to support the programmatic and digital advertising lifecycle within our client'd talent acquisition space. Reporting directly to a Media Manager, you will be the primary steward of a $20k/month ($240k+ annualized) budget. Your focus will be on the execution, daily pacing, and deep-dive reporting of banner and programmatic campaigns to ensure high-quality applicant flow into client's internal systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute and monitor programmatic banner ads and digital placements across recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Manage monthly spend (~$20k) with high precision, ensuring no overspends while maximizing lead volume
  • Prepare daily and weekly "data views" for internal stakeholders, translating campaign metrics into hiring insights
  • Analyze the full funnel from ad click to internal application, specifically tracking Cost Per Conversion and Quality of Hire
  • Collaborate with the Media Manager to prepare "ready-to-approve" buy plans and performance summaries for leadership.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital media or performance marketing
  • Proven experience managing $100k-$200k+ in annualized media spend with a focus on ROI
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas) and familiarity with dashboarding tools (Tableau/PowerBI) for "internal utilization" reports
  • Extreme attention to detail-errors in recruitment spend can lead to significant gaps in the talent pipeline
  • Comfortable working in a structured environment where final approvals and strategy are handled by senior leadership.
