Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in HEOR or RWE within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Proven experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing HEOR studies
Strong understanding of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) processes and requirements
Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills

Job Responsibility

Develop and implement HEOR and Real-World Evidence (RWE) strategies for pipeline products

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Medical Affairs, Market Access, etc.) to align strategies and ensure seamless communication
Prepare and contribute to HTA dossiers to support market access and pricing negotiations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and academic researchers
