The Mechatronic Technician 3, under the guidance of AMRE Leadership, is integral to the maintenance of our technical equipment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation and reliability of Cencora’s assets. Responsibilities are diverse and include, but are not limited to, advanced mechanical and electrical/controls knowledge, demonstrating technical aptitude, utilizing strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Participate in training programs to develop advanced mechanical, electrical and control’s technical knowledge for self and team members
Perform preventive maintenance activities according to work instructions
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems
Oversee and troubleshoot mechanical issues and their relation to software and PLC related issues
Troubleshooting and repair electrical equipment and controls systems with minimal assistance
Repair and rebuilding of equipment
Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, parts usage, and inventory levels within EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management System) to comply with regulatory requirements and ensure the optimization of maintenance inventory
Follow the performance of the production site on a mechanical and software levels and be proactive in preventing minor and mayor issues
Train and instruct less experienced personnel on mechanical systems, electrical and controls, safe work practices, proper repair procedures and equipment operation
Supports and complies with all appropriate policies, procedures to promote a safe, accident-free and healthy work environment

Requirements:
5-8 years of related experience with progressive responsibilities or a combination of education and experience
Completion of an associate degree program, trade program, or equivalent combination of experience and education is preferred, but not required
Advanced experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
Advanced English language - must have
Moderate experience in electrical and controls systems
Moderate experience in software and PLC related systems related to the mechanical steering of the machine
Ability to troubleshoot and repair effectively
Demonstrates basic knowledge and understanding while performing repair tasks in projects related to warehouse operations, warehouse design, warehouse and business systems, process improvement and standardization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Proficiency in EAMS systems and technical documentation practices
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
ability to communicate (and work) effectively with people from different technical and business backgrounds, acting as a liaison, understanding, and appreciating different perspectives and translating into terms necessary for any group or individual to understand

Ability to operate in a production-driven environment and perform at a level that is 95% or greater of engineered standards
