Job Responsibility

Install and commission tinting machines and paint dispensing systems at customer sites
Provide preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and on-site repairs to ensure operational uptime

Troubleshoot issues involving mechanical components, electrical circuits, PLC systems, and software controls
Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and parts inventory
Coordinate with technical support teams and escalate complex issues when necessary
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols during all service activities
Travel regularly throughout Australia and New Zealand to customer locations (up to 80%)
