Job Description

We are looking for full-time warranty administrators to fill the roles of Automotive Warranty or Tire Warranty call center administrators. The automotive warranty administrator will have an understanding of mechanical repairs, shop procedures, and superior customer service. You will be helping consumers and shops file and process automotive repair, roadside assistance, battery, and tire claims. Our Tire Warranty administrator will need to possess a combination of excellent customer service and a great attitude. You will help consumers and shops file tire warranty claims.

Job Responsibility

  • Answer incoming phone calls on assigned programs
  • Accurately enter claim information in electronic databases
  • Effectively communicate and understand program coverages
  • Adjudicate claims based on coverage limits
  • Make outbound calls to ensure consumer needs are met
  • Work directly with shops to help consumer receive their warranty benefits

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Understanding of automotive repairs, shop procedures, diagnostic information, and tires
  • Background in the automotive industry: this could be previous employment as a technician, service advisor, parts department, automotive service professional
