Develop and maintain Bill of Process (BOP) standards for test methods and equipment specifications
Create and maintain Bill of Material (BOM) for test systems and standardise components globally
Use virtual manufacturing and virtual commissioning to simulate and validate test systems
Develop test process sequences and provide inputs to the Global Study Process Allocation System (GSPAS)
Define Scope of Work (SOW) and support procurement of engine test systems aligned with Powertrain strategy
Provide manufacturing feasibility assessments and cost estimates to programme management
