Job Responsibility

  • Reporting to Engineer and will communicate as well for the status update Data Center equipment under repair/maintenance, and other urgent facility issues or concerns
  • Maximize efficiency with minimal maintenance and energy costs
  • Investigate the cause before the arrival of maintenance contractor, try to maintain and recover normal operation

Requirements

  • Act as front liners who will be hands-on in doing the facilities quick fix repairs and maintenance, vendor coordination/assistance
  • Carry out maintenance and improvement work ensuring all procedures, processes, and client requirements are taken into consideration
  • Maintain various equipment and facilities to ensure good operating condition in accordance with the agreed maintenance plan
  • Routine inspection and control of all areas under client’s lease agreement with the landlord
  • Reading of utility meters and maintaining of data collected
  • When problem about the premises occurs, act as first line of defense
  • Safekeeping of records for all minor and major improvement works including all corrective and preventive maintenance activities
  • Supervise the performance of contractors to ensure smooth execution of maintenance works and adherence to the required standards
  • Ensure all technical services works are complying to Critical Environment Management procedures
  • Work closely with contractors and vendors on a regular basis, conducting risk assessment and following safety protocols, ensuring compliance to submitted SWMS and work procedures
