Job Responsibility

Providing an effective and responsive maintenance function to plant operations by executing all the scheduled maintenance work and responding to operations requirements
Developing and training the Mechanical Technicians to ensure the safety of personnel and the efficient operation and maintenance of plant equipment at a minimum cost
Promoting continuous improvement and a preventative maintenance culture in all facets of the operation
and Providing a safe & respectful work place for team members to work in.
Manage the execution of maintenance plan via the daily allocation of resources to tasks.
Fault find plant equipment and resolve problems, and assessing the potential impact on production, plant and equipment
