Job Responsibility

Product management for responsible products in roll maintenance and roll covering, including order booking, gross margin, market share, pricing guideline, sales budget, etc.
Promote new concept, technology and product in roll maintenance to customer, technical support in sales action to drive roll maintenance business growth in China
Troubleshooting for delivered rolls and warranty issue handling
Market and competitors follow up
Engineering work of roll maintenance in application phase
Develop new solution for roll maintenance to support customer in reliability and performance improvement
Technical transfer to region and customer service team Process, quality and cost competitiveness improvement
Communicate and support roll workshop for customer satisfaction, quality improvement, cost saving
