You will play a key role in shaping their core product from early design and requirements definition to final deployment in orbit. In space hardware, every detail matters – a single mistake can risk the entire mission. That’s why we place a lot of emphasis on defining solid requirements, grounded in both industry standards and our own experience and best practices. The final design is just the start – it’s built on deep technical preparation and careful planning. It’s a demanding role that comes with significant responsibility – but also the opportunity to grow and make a real impact.

Perform analyses, simulations, and tests to verify thruster component designs
Develop test stands for individual subsystems and entire propulsion system testing, including thrust balance, TVAC stands
Plan and oversee the manufacturing and integration of thruster assemblies
Run comprehensive testing and verification plans for thruster performance
Analyse test results, performance report, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards
Assess technology development needs and drive market readiness efforts
