Monitoring KPIs weekly to ensure contractual, commercial, and operational targets are achieved
Maintaining strict Health & Safety compliance in line with legislation, company policies and site‑specific requirements
Proactively managing project profitability, achieving or exceeding target margins and identifying cost and energy efficiencies
Producing accurate and timely Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs)
Driving a “right first time” quality culture, working towards defect‑free, compliant handovers
Championing innovation by exploring improved processes, construction methodologies and low‑carbon mechanical solutions to maintain competitive advantage and support client sustainability goals
