Job Description:

To implement the procurement plan, compare between vendors’ offers both technically and financially. Coordinate with the site the on-time delivery. Prepare documentation for the internal process as per standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Study the project documents and break down the project elements to classify these elements into packages
  • Review the vendors’ profiles to select the most appropriate ones according to the organization’s criteria
  • Coordinate with the Projects Manager for completing the Procurement Schedule
  • Work on getting the best quality with the best price within the target dates from the suppliers and get new subcontractors when needed
  • Review technical specification, Bill of Quantity and drawings to determine suitable vendors & suppliers
  • Prepare a comparative analysis documents related to specs, price, delivery conditions and mode of transportation
  • Issue the RFQ for Subcontractor & Suppliers for required material

Requirements:

  • Previous experience not less than 3 years
  • Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent Command of English language
  • Mathematical intelligence is essential
  • Negotiation and Communication skills
  • Analytical Thinking & attention to details
