Requirements

5+ years of experience in mechanical and plumbing construction project management
Proven track record of managing mechanical & plumbing projects from buyout to closeout with complete ownership
Field or trade background preferred in plumbing, pipefitting, HVAC mechanics, or hands-on mechanical & plumbing installation experience
Extensive knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, hydronic systems, plumbing, medical gas, and related equipment
Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
familiarity with BIM coordination tools (Navisworks, Revit, or similar)
Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
equivalent experience will be considered

Job Responsibility

Lead project buyout processes through to project closeout with full financial and operational accountability
Own project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, cost-to-complete, change orders, and cash flow management
Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, with a focus on technical ownership
Oversee equipment procurement, manage delivery schedules, and ensure specialty subcontractor performance
Drive BIM coordination and prefabrication planning to enhance field installation efficiency and effectiveness

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, drawings, and specifications
Proficiency in project management software, MS Office, and Bluebeam
knowledge of Procore is a plus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibility
