Job Description:

We are seeking a Construction Estimator with specialized knowledge in multi-family plumbing and/or mechanical projects for our client in this direct placement opportunity. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in estimating multi-family plumbing and/or mechanical projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Evaluate bids for accurate pricing and plumbing quality
  • Analyze projects and provide plumbing insights
  • Support projects while adhering to budget constraints
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on design intent
  • Continuously improve plumbing knowledge and pricing accuracy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software for plumbing (Autodesk, BIM) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations relevant to multi-family residential construction
