Mechanical Plumber

• Performing routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on hot and cold water systems, heating systems, and associated plant
• Dealing with AHU, FCU and other mechanical duties
• Diagnosing and rectifying faults on a variety of mechanical and plumbing equipment
• Carrying out minor installations and repairs
• Working safely and competently within plant rooms, including isolation procedures
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns
• Completing accurate reports and documentation for all works undertaken
• Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures
• Providing excellent customer service to our clients

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Plumber within commercial or industrial environments
• Essential G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification
• Demonstrable experience working effectively within plant rooms
• The ability to confidently isolate pipework and systems for safe working
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills for plumbing and mechanical systems
• Excellent understanding of relevant health and safety regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting professionally with clients and colleagues
• A full UK Driving Licence
