Job Description

We are recruiting for experienced Mechanical Fitters and Pipefitters to join a infrastructure project with our client at Devonport Dockyard in Plymouth. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term, consistent work on a high-profile site, with the chance to develop your skills across a range of mechanical and pipe installation projects. The role will mainly involve working within dockyard subways, carrying out the removal of existing pipe systems and installing new pipework to specification. You’ll be working on systems including low-pressure air and freshwater, as well as supporting wider mechanical installation work across the site. Typical pipe sizes range from 4” to 12”, so experience working on similar-scale systems is important. This is a hands-on role in a busy environment, so we’re looking for people who are confident, reliable, and take pride in delivering quality work.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or Pipefitter
