We are recruiting a Mechanical Patent Engineer to join our team to support our strong development. You will work with a variety of clients in terms of size (large groups, start-ups, research institutes, SMEs, etc.) and typology.

Job Responsibility

  • Write patent applications
  • Carry out patentability and freedom to operate studies
  • Instruct procedures for examining patent applications in France and abroad
  • Manage the handling of opposition and appeal procedures

Requirements

  • Higher education in engineering and/or medicine
  • CEIPI graduate
  • European representative (or in the process of acquiring one)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a firm or in industry
