Job Responsibility

System Development: Build and refine area maintenance procedures, PM programs, and condition-based maintenance protocols
Safety Mentorship: Enforce "zero-harm" practices and mentor the team on safe work procedures in a high-pressure environment
Performance Management: Oversee employee attendance, performance reviews, and training requirements
