Job Description:

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer required to start as soon as possible. A chance to join a well established building services organisation has arisen. One of London's leading Facilities Maintenance organisations are looking for an immediate Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their maintenance team. This is an exciting opportunity with a clear progression path.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monthly and weekly PPM's
  • Working with a BMS system
  • Changing filters on AHU's
  • Coil cleans on FCU's
  • Chiller checks
  • Boiler resets
  • Fire alarm testing
  • Electrical fault finding
  • Emergency light testing
  • Belt changes
  • Steam Boiler
  • LTHW
  • Pipework

Requirements:

  • Mechanical NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 required
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
