  • Ensuring safety during all major mechnical preventive and break down maintenance
  • Major corrective tools, procedures, spares regular review and improvements
  • Bearing, HSS spares - Movements, Wind energy regular review and coordination
  • Visiting Bannur and Chitradurga guiding the team for attending preventive and breakdown maintenances
  • Mechanical spares and readiness-HWND
  • Mechanical corrective maintenance RCA analysis
  • Stationary major component storage maintenance- GB, Gen
  • Force majeure - major components - Blade, Gear box, mainshaft - regular monitoring supporting insurance claim
  • Random CMS inspection and analysis
  • Site training programs - developing training modules - mechanical
  • All Major mechanical break down special tools - -reverse engineering
  • All sites blade inspection, report review and reparation monitoring
  • Analysiing time duration for break downs and preventive works
  • Availability and production improvement ideas from time to time

  • Should be ready to claim the turbine manually
