Job Responsibility

  • Assist in the design and analysis of thermal management systems for electronic and mechanical components
  • Support the development of cooling solutions and heat dissipation strategies using computational tools and simulation software
  • Conduct CFD simulations to analyze fluid flow, heat transfer, and thermal performance of mechanical systems
  • Assist in performing structural analysis and finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate the strength, stiffness, and durability of mechanical components and assemblies
  • Utilize CAD software such as CATIA, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Autodesk Inventor, and PTC Creo to create and modify mechanical designs
  • Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques to support the fabrication and assembly of mechanical components
  • Assist in conducting FMEA studies to identify potential failure modes, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies for mechanical systems
