Job Responsibility

  • Creating, reading and interpreting technical drawings of passive components
  • Apply manufacturing and assembly techniques, taking tolerances and material properties into account
  • Analysing manufacturing requirements and deriving optimal manufacturing processes in the early design and development phase
  • Accompanying the sample production of components and assemblies
  • Checking dimensional accuracy and ensuring compliance with technical specifications
  • Evaluating manufacturing processes in terms of quality, function and cost-effectiveness
  • Maintaining production documents, drawing changes and technical documentation for traceable and efficient production with the integration of AI-based tools

Requirements

  • Completed technical training and further training as a mechanical engineering technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Confident in reading and creating technical drawings
  • Good knowledge of production techniques, materials and tolerances
  • Interest in technical details and pleasure in understanding and improving production processes
  • Global alignment with development, drafting and production teams
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • German or Chinese is a bonus
  • Analytical thinking, structured way of working and strong quality awareness
