Job Responsibility
Designing, implementing, and upgrading development facilities to ensure they are ready for current and future powertrain systems
Evaluating, selecting, and deploying advanced powertrain test cell technologies, alongside designing mechanical systems and supporting services
Modifying facility plant, test rigs, and equipment to meet evolving strategic demands
Leading complex fault-finding initiatives across the facility, specifically focusing on services and safety systems within the test cell environment
Collaborating with multi-functional teams and external third parties to lead and execute small-to-medium engineering projects
Developing and maintaining engineering processes, and compiling technical reports to distribute key insights and recommendations
Requirements
Engineering or Technical Degree is preferred, though candidates qualified through substantial, relevant work experience are highly encouraged to apply
Proven track record working within an engine, powertrain, or EV test cell environment (or extensive experience with relevant mechanical and safety systems)
Strong hands-on test cell/test facilities experience, excellent project handling capabilities, and a knack for complex fault-finding
Proficiency in using standard PC engineering software
