Job Description:

For a leading producer of cold-formed steel profiles we are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanic in mechanical engineering. The successful candidate will join a company that manufactures a diverse range of steel profiles for various applications, from hospital beds to solar panel constructions. This role offers a position within a technological environment with numerous learning and growth opportunities for tailor-made training and personal development.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for the installation and optimization of machinery, focusing on mechanical aspects
Perform assembly work involving components such as shafts, bearings, couplings, and seals
Install compressed air and hydraulic circuits based on technical drawings
Undertake necessary welding tasks, including semi-automatic and electric arc welding

Requirements:

TSO diploma in (electro-)mechanics or maintenance mechanics
proficient in reading technical drawings
skilled in using measuring tools such as sliding gauges and micrometers
eager to learn and highly motivated
capable of working independently while adhering to safety and accuracy standards
strong team spirit
willing to work within a two-shift system
