Job Description:

The post holder will be responsible for supporting and delivering work on a range of projects. Atelier Ten is a team of building services engineers and environmental designers championing for a healthier planet leveraging our vast, collective knowledge of sustainable spaces. We help bring elegance and efficiency to every building, and we work with architects, engineers, owners, and other stakeholders to accomplish their sustainable vision.

Job Responsibility:

Support and deliver work on a range of projects
Produce complex calculations and drawings under supervision and work independently on some tasks
Produce complex design under supervision and work independently on some tasks
Liaise with in-house engineers, the environmental team and members of the CAD team
Work to deadlines
Provide updates to line manager
Foster positive working relationships within Atelier Ten

Requirements:

Relevant professional qualifications
Ability to work without supervision
Ability to prioritise and to think strategically about the timing and way of delivering project information
Ability to identify project resource requirements
Strong people-management skills
Good inter-personal skills
Strong writing skills for producing written reports
Effective IT skills for producing material
