Mechanical Engineer

• Design of plumbing, fire protection and HVAC systems
• Collaborating and coordinating with other disciplines
• Preparation of engineering studies including written reports and oral presentations
• Specification development

• 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in the A/E industry
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Registered Engineer in the United States
• Experienced in Building MEP Design and Engineering
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD MEP and 3-D software
• Proficient in Trane Trace, equipment selection tools and Microsoft Office programs
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated understanding of professional conduct and appearance

LEED AP preferred
