Mechanical Engineer

• Design of mechanical systems for civil and building applications: Design of HVAC systems
• Design of Fire Protection Systems (sprinklers, hydrants, smoke control)
• Design of Plumbing Systems (domestic hot/cold water, drainage, ventilation)
• Development of Water Treatment solutions (filtration, softening, disinfection)
• Support to building acoustic design
• Development and review of preliminary and/or feasibility studies related to mechanical systems
• Preparation and validation of mechanical design documents up to the executive design stage
• Collaboration with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to ensure effective integration of mechanical systems within multidisciplinary projects
• Ensure compliance of designs with local and international standards for energy efficiency, sustainability, and safety
• Preparation of bills of quantities, technical specifications, and tender documents related to mechanical systems
• Provide technical support during the construction phase, as required, to the project management team overseeing works

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably within a multidisciplinary environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and mechanical-specific design software
• Advanced knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, Allplan, or similar
• certification as a BIM Specialist will be considered a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
