Job Description:

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join a thriving engineering firm in Vancouver, renowned for its outstanding culture and work environment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least five years of hands-on experience in designing mechanical building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression. This role requires proficiency in producing construction drawings, calculations, and related documentation.

Job Responsibility:

Design HVAC and plumbing systems for both renovations and new construction projects
Compile, analyze, and summarize engineering data for technical reports
Adapt to a variety of engineering tasks to meet evolving project requirements

Requirements:

Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Practical knowledge of fire suppression, plumbing, and HVAC system design
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
