Manage and create career paths for junior-to-senior level engineers and own the reporting chain responsible for CIP team build-out
Partner with Sales to drive the strategic identification, qualification, and selection of potential Certified Integrator Program (CIP) candidates
Leverage market data, sales funnel trends, and cultural nuances to provide savvy insights that inform regional playbooks and global business strategy
Partner with CSI leads to establish feedback loops that channel partner-driven insights to GTM operational and product leaders
Facilitate the development of CIP content by bridging Technical Field Application Engineers’ expertise with Customer Learning & Development (CL&D) production
Oversee the onboarding and training of partners, collaborating with Field Application Engineers to deliver training and establish rigorous mechanisms for partner certification and renewal
Partner with Field Application Engineers to provide rapid technical support and manage the escalation path for partners
