  • Provide technical leadership and direction to support the resolution of highly integrated, complex technical issues and analyses
  • Provide expert support to other business units as required (audits, internal document review, design reviews, supplier’s document review and approval, define schedule and work scope as well as provide estimates of required resources and budget related to innovative designs)
  • Using the AES system, establish master plans, develop metrics and institute team governance to provide accurate and relevant reporting of team performance
