Bachelor degree or above majored in automation or mechanical-electrical
At least 5 years’ experience on production line (especially automation equipment) maintenance
Strong ability on trouble shooting and commissioning
Good skill and knowledge on electrical, PLC, motor and sensors and machine vision system
Solid knowledge on TPM process
Strong ability of communication, coordination and organization and able to work under pressure

Job Responsibility

Be responsible for production line maintenance and support on site
Be responsible for supporting new machines installation, commissioning and acceptance track
Be responsible for making monthly and annual budget for assigned production line
Implement Maintenance KPI achievement (Availability & MTTR & MTBF & OEE)
Analyze the root cause of equipment down time and figure out related action plan to achieve KPI target
Compile and review the relevant maintenance documents for production machine, such as equipment TPM documents, LOTO SOP, failure analysis report, etc
Provide technical training and support to all maintenance technicians, improve their capability of trouble shooting, compile related training plan
Attend daily morning fast response meeting on site
Implement correction action for inconformity findings of internal & external audit
Be responsible for all safety related for maintenance
