Proven experience in data center design/construction site management for live operational/mission-critical facilities
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent certification

Job Responsibility

Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget, while spearheading initiatives to bolster data centre resiliency
Evaluate electrical designs and construction drawings to enhance data centre performance, manage EPMS delivery, and ensure seamless communication with internal teams and vendors
Drive troubleshooting efforts for equipment or electrical failures, while conducting inspections to uphold site safety and quality standards
Mentor team members, resolve conflicts, and monitor project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and mitigating potential risks
Manage the procurement process, including vendor selection and contract negotiation, while serving as the main point of contact for project stakeholders
Uphold compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing safety protocols and overseeing project closeout activities
Conduct post-project reviews to glean insights for future improvements and optimizations
