This role offers the opportunity to influence the delivery of key projects while working within a highly skilled team.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage term and project contractors in the delivery of M&E works, servicing and maintenance programmes, ensuring strategic and operational compliance
  • Provide contract management from design to final account stage, ensuring contractors perform to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop mechanical and electrical design specifications and manage project documentation for capital and revenue projects
  • Lead and motivate the Maintenance Minor Works Co-ordinator, participating actively in recruitment and performance assessment
  • Deliver mechanical and electrical building services projects, implementing Health & Safety procedures and best practices on site

Requirements

  • HND / HNC in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, etc)
  • Experience in managing mechanical and electrical projects in a commercial setting
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee contractors on large sites
  • Flexibility to travel across Kent as required
