Job Responsibility

Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to engineering specifications and work instructions
Install wiring and electrical components using established assembly procedures
Operate fabrication and assembly equipment including cut-off saws, drill presses, and hand tools
Read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, and production documents
Perform measurements using calipers, tape measures, and other precision measuring devices
Connect and route wiring according to color codes and assembly requirements
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
Troubleshoot assembly issues and communicate concerns to supervisors or engineering personnel
Participate in testing, adjustment, and verification of finished products
Support workplace organization, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts

Identify design issues in mechanical and electrical schematics and raise them through the correct channels
