3+ years’ experience in AutoCAD/Plant3D, or related engineering 3D design software
Experience in SMP engineering design
Detailed understanding and ability to support the training of others in CAD applications

Have primary oversight over a team of engineers and draftspersons in designing mechanical designs for volumetric steel modular residential, commercial, multi-family, hospitality, retail and industrial buildings
Work collaboratively with our outstanding team of dedicated creative teammates, including architects, fabricators, contractors, and other engineers, in the development of new company standards
Sign/seal project documents when required
Preform MEP engineering calculations and performance simulations including sizing, selecting, and specifying mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems and components and ensure designs are compliant with the company’s principles of design for manufacturing, assembly, and systems integration
