Mechanical Designer

• Designing mechanical building systems for renovation and new build projects
• Collaborating with design team to produce schematic design, design development, tender, and construction documents that meet the project requirements within the allocated schedule and budget
• Performing heating and cooling load calculations and energy models
• Traveling to sites across Canada to assess existing mechanical systems and provide site support during construction

• Graduates of a Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology program
• Motivated, agile, and resourceful
• Working knowledge of Revit MEP for the production of drawings is an asset
