A qualification in Mechanical, Design, CAD or related subject
Experience with CAD, ideally Solidworks or Autodesk Inventor
Demonstrated interest in mechanical design, including relevant extracurricular or practical experience
Experience managing CAD data using systems such as Autodesk Vault
Competent in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), supported by validated hand calculations
Strong understanding of mechanical principles, including stress/strain and material selection
