Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical building services contracts management
Proven track record in delivering commercial projects valued up to £2.5 million
Familiarity with live environments such as hospitals and universities
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC and public health
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office Suite
