Are you a college or school leaver looking to start a career in manufacturing? Do you want to earn while you learn? An Apprenticeship with Essity could be for you! Based at our site in Skelmersdale, Our Level 3 apprenticeship program is designed to develop you over 4 years to achieve a nationally recognized qualification in engineering, with the possibility to move to an HNC. You will report to a skilled manager and have a dedicated coach to help you succeed at work and college.

Job Responsibility:

  • How to communicate technical information and identify engineering equipment
  • Develop productive working relationships with colleagues
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Business Health and Safety procedures
  • STEM skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade C/grade 5 or above, including Maths and English
  • Willingness to learn and a positive approach to problem-solving
  • Flexibility and effective time management
  • Great attention to detail
  • Team player
