Job Description

Step into a critical defense infrastructure role, managing high-level electrical compliance and leading site teams for a leading global Facilities Management provider.

Job Responsibility

  • Enforce rigorous compliance with JSP375 standards
  • Assess competency and author RAMS
  • Provide professional safe systems advice
  • Supervise and coach site teams
  • Collaborate across stakeholders

Requirements

  • Must come from a background in defense infrastructure maintenance and possess a solid, demonstrable understanding of JSP375 compliance
  • Fully qualified as an Electrical Engineer with a proven track record operating at a senior or supervisory level (managing resources, technical site operations, or teams)
  • Holding active Electrical or Mechanical Authorised Person (AP) tickets is highly preferred
  • Confident working independently with top-tier problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving license for mobile site duties
  • Flexibility to support a rare out-of-hours on-call rota if required
