We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector with previous experience in performing detailed inspections, including first article inspections, receiving inspections, and root cause/corrective actions. This role requires proficiency in measurement tools, reading engineering drawings, and ensuring compliance with industry and customer specifications.
Job Responsibility:
Provide detailed in-process and end-of-line inspections on flight hardware
Document anomalies in accordance with prescribed procedures and processes
Communicate and help resolve quality related issues as they relate to the site
Process non-conforming products and assist engineering in root cause analysis and corrective action if asked
Routinely observe technical operations and offer guidance and/or serve as an additional technical resource
Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment
Requirements:
8+ years of inspection experience in an aerospace, military, or manufacturing environment
Proficient in validating dimensions (total tolerances >/=.005” with minimal GD&T validation)
Experienced with standard hand tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges)
Knowledgeable in the use of computers and/or tablets
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be willing to undergo a background check
Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder) to comply with ITAR

Adaptable to diverse environments and teams within supplier operations
Experienced in handling specific commodities related to parts inspection
