Job Description:

Are you a skilled Engineer looking for the stability of a large-scale static site? We are looking for a reliable, technically-sound Mechanical & AC Maintenance Engineer to join a dedicated estates team in West London. This isn't your typical "van-based" role where you spend half your day in traffic. You'll be based at a single location, allowing you to actually get stuck into the plant room and take ownership of the site's infrastructure.

Job Responsibility:

  • Planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance of the building's mechanical and cooling systems
  • Maintenance and fault-finding on VRVs, VRFs, Split units, and AHUs
  • Overhauling pumps, motors, and pressurized systems
  • Managing pipework, valves, and commercial heating systems
  • Ensuring all works meet health and safety regulations and site-specific protocols
  • Working alongside electrical engineers to ensure the site runs at peak efficiency

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
